To install your Email Signature in Outlook for Windows, please follow the steps below:

  1. Make sure to use Chrome Browser (using IE or Firefox will mess up the formatting)

  2. On SignMyEmails, click on the Copy Signature button to copy your signature.

  3. Open Outlook and Click on the Settings icon (gear icon) located at the top right corner.

  4. Navigate to Accounts > Signatures and click on New Signature

  5. Enter a name for your signature and Paste your signature using CTRL + V in the signature box.

  6. Click on the Save button to save the changes.

  7. Under the select default signatures please ensure both the New Messages and Replies/Forwards are set to your newly created signature.

  8. Click on the Save button to save the changes and close the settings.

And that's it! Your email signature is now set up and ready to use in Outlook.
