To upgrade your subscription, login into your account. Once you login, hover over your name on the top right corner and in the drop down menu select Settings. 

On Settings page, go to My Subscription and click on the Update My Subscription button to upgrade your subscription.

To downgrade your subscription, send a 'Downgrade My Account' request to support@signmyemails.com and our support team will be at your assistance.
